The 321 bellows expansion joint is made of 321 stainless steel. It is composed of bellows (an elastic element) of its main body and accessories such as end pipe, bracket, flange and conduit. It has excellent flexibility, corrosion resistance, super high temperature resistance and high pressure resistance. It can be connected in any direction in the pipeline to compensate for temperature and absorb vibration, reduce noise, change the direction of medium transportation, eliminate mechanical displacement between pipelines or between pipelines and equipment, etc.

Application:

321 stainless steel features Ti element added to 304 steel to prevent grain boundary corrosion, suitable for use at 430℃ -900℃. 321 bellows expansion joints are widely used in high-temperature pipelines, high-temperature chemical pipelines, high-temperature pipelines of granular media, etc.

Principle of axial movement of 321 bellows expansion joint:

The axial movement of the 321 bellows expansion joint is considered to be the elongation or compression of the pipe system on its longitudinal axis, which means that the total length of the expansion joint will extend or compress during the absorption movement. An axial expansion joint designed to absorb large motions can contain one, two or more bellows in one unit, and can also achieve greater motion by pretensioning or by installing multiple expansion joints on the pipe section. . Depending on the nominal diameter and length, the 321 bellows expansion joint is capable of absorbing small lateral and angular deviations as well as mounting tolerances.

Structure:

Bellows: in order to have a longer service life, all the products are made of 304 stainless steel and 304L, and all kinds of spectrometers are supported.
Connection flange : the flange is made of stainless steel 304, 304L material
Limit lug: all limit lugs are made of larger and thicker size
Limit nut: all nuts adopts 321 material
