The 304 stainless steel bellows expansion joint consists of a metal bellows and a member. It is a flexible, thin-walled, laterally corrugated, telescopic device.

The working principle of the bellows expansion joint is mainly to use its own elastic deformation function to compensate the axial, angular, lateral and combined displacement of the pipeline due to thermal deformation, mechanical deformation and various mechanical vibrations. The compensating function has the functions of pressure resistance, sealing, corrosion resistance, temperature resistant, shock resistance, vibration and noise reduction. It can reduce the deformation of pipeline and improve the service life of pipeline.

Principle of movement:

The 304Lstainless steel bellows expansion joint can be stretched in the axial direction and also allows a small amount of bending. The 304 bellows is a commonly used axial corrugated expansion joint for axial length compensation of pipes. In order to prevent exceeding the allowable compensation amount, a protective pull rod or a guard ring is disposed at both ends of the corrugated compensator, and a guide bracket is disposed on the pipe connecting the two ends of the protection rod or the guard ring.

Description of materials :

304Lstainless steel material characteristics: It is a widely used steel with good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, low temperature strength and mechanical properties. Stamping bending and other hot working, no heat treatment hardening phenomenon (no magnetism). As a low C 304 steel, its corrosion resistance is similar to that of 304 steel under general condition, but after welding or stress relief, its grain boundary corrosion resistance is excellent. In the case of treatment, it can also maintain good corrosivity, generally with less than 400 (non-magnetic).

Structure:

Bellows: in order to have a longer service life, all the products are made of 304 stainless steel and 304L, and all kinds of spectrometers are supported.
Connection flange : the flange is made of stainless steel 304, 304L material
Limit lug: all limit lugs are made of larger and thicker size
Limit nut: all nuts adopts 304 material
