RC – SQUARE ROUND KNIFE GATE VALVE

The square round Wafer knife gate is a heavy duty valve design for handling difficult applications. This valve is suitable for use in recycling applications, like rubbish or sand traps of pulpers, high consistency cleaners… or as silo outlet with solid material.

The two piece body with round inlet and square outlet (larger than the inlet) assures non-jamming.

Main caracteristics:

• Cast two-part bolted body, internally machined and with reinforcing ribs in larger diameters for extra body strength.
• The internal replaceable gate guides allow for smoother gate traveling.
• Oversized knife polished on both sides
• Long-life packing with several impregnated Synt+PTFE strips
• Suitable to work with the most severe applications
